On the safe waters of Lough Derg, candidates will be introduced to the basic techniques in kayaking on flat water.
Discover Lough Derg – Kayak Tour
Embrace your sense of adventure and embark on the Lough Derg Blue Way. A half-day will allow you to cruise the tranquil waters of the lake and visit Swan Island or venture farther afield to Brian Boru’s Fort, the home to the last high king of Ireland.
Tours take 2.5 hours and are fully guided, all equipment is provided.
Introduction to Kayaking
Candidates will be introduced to the basic techniques in Kayaking on flat water. This course helps builds the individual’s confidence while preparing them for more advanced moving water challenges.
